Introducing Kate Gordon, Principal Physiotherapist
Kate qualified with a degree in Physiotherapy from Otago University in 1999. She worked in Wellington with the Wainuiomata Rugby League team, then the Wellington Shakers Netball team, and at the IRB Sevens Tournament at the Wellington Stadium.
She then moved to the UK for 5 years. She worked at The London Clinic, The Clementine Churchill Hospital, and at Hampstead Physiotherapy, a private musculoskeletal clinic.
On returning to Nelson, Kate has been fortunate to work at Activate Physiotherapy and at Jean Willy Physiotherapy; with Jean semi-retiring, Kate is now excited to take on the responsibility of managing a clinic.
Kate qualified with a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Medicine in 2008. She is currently at Otago University, studying towards a Masters in Manipulative Physiotherapy.
Away from work, Kate can be found on the sideline of her children’s sport, coaching netball, riding her mountain bike, tramping, and gardening.
